The Evidence app

For Apprentices

How it works:

1. Set Up Your Profile

Start by entering your name, apprenticeship course, and your tutor’s email address. This information is saved and automatically included in every report you create.

2. Create Your Evidence

Tap “Create Your Evidence” to access your saved reports. Add new reports by entering a date, your location, and a description of what you did you can use the speech to text here. Attach your supporting photos from your camera or photo library.

3. Send to Your Tutor

Once your evidence is ready, tap “Email Report.” Your report – including your name, course, text description, and photos – will be automatically sent to your tutor’s email.

How it works:

1. Set Up Your Profile

Start by entering your name, any assement details that you want to show on your finished document. uplaod your college or companies logo and if you are new to the aapp you can turn on tool tips that guide you as you use the app.

2. Start adding a leaner

Add an assessment to one of your leaners, load your knowledge, skills and behaviours, start your assessment. Its easy onsite as you do not need internet access just your phone and the evidence to capture

3. A Professional document

The app creates a professional document mapping your narritive to the selected knowledge, skills and behaviours including photos and a signature.

4. Direct to the tutor

You can sent encrypted password protected assessments direct to your email or any designated emial you choose.

Portfolio ready evidence

Every thing you see in this document is produced entirely in the Evidence App.

You can upload your Company, College or Learning centres Logo along with any additional notes that you want to appear on your finished document.

You can load in your Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours criteria for any subject, be it catering KSB’s, Bricklaying KSB’s the app is cleverly designed to add toggle switches against each seperate criteria so you can select them on an observation and this then this reflects into your finished document when you export it.

Your photos are added simply by selecting them and they are neatly laid out once you exported.

You also hve the facility to give Feedback and add Targets to the apprentice.

The completed document is encrypted once completed so there is never a problem emailing this out and someone elese reading it unless they have the password set by the person using the app.

You have the option to get your document signed off by the apprentices mentor.
